Allison Hatfield Bio
I am a first grade teacher in Davie County. I have completed two years as a teacher and am thankful for the opportunity to serve my students each day. I attended UNC-Chapel Hill and after graduating I spent a year in South Africa and Swaziland. I was able to teach English there and really be immersed in the culture. This time was one of great growth and it was a blessing from the Lord.
I learned a lot about the Lord and His heart for the nations. Through this experience my heart for the nations grew as well and I know that overseas missions will always play a part in my life.
I currently serve the church by helping keep things organized. I make sure that any and all printed materials are ready to go, as well as helping to organize volunteers for various events. The Lord has given me a desire to serve and I enjoy doing small tasks that help our pastors focus on their job of shepherding the flock.
