1.21 Church

1.21 Kids is just one of the ways in which individuals from our church express their worship and celebration of Jesus. Every Sunday, we are given the privilege to serve Jesus by providing some of the 1.21 children with biblical teaching and opportunities to interact with other 1.21 Kids. In no way do we desire to replace the discipleship that parents are called by God to provide to their children. However, we do recognize that Jesus delighted in ministering to children who are just as much sinners in need of His grace.

 If you are bringing a child to visit 1.21 Kids, you will want to arrive around 15 minutes prior to the start of the worship service. It is during this time that you will check-in your child, fill out any necessary paperwork for being a first time visitor, and take them to one of our two classrooms. Make sure that you have taken your child(ren) to the restroom before you check them in. Your child will either be taken care of in our nursery, ranging from ages 6 months to 3 years or they will go to the 1.21 Kids room, ranging from ages 3 years to 2nd grade. All of our volunteers have gone through an extensive application process which includes background checks. It is a future goal to divide these classrooms into three classrooms with an added room for ages 1 to 3 years. Your child will have time to play with friends new and old, hear a Bible lesson that highlights Jesus and correlates with the Sunday sermon, do some artwork in their workbooks and have a small nutritous snack. You are then encouraged to pick up your children during the beginning of the closing worship songs, so that you can worship Jesus as a family.
